File a Claim

You have up to 10 days to claim any missing or damaged items from your order.
If shipping damages occur, a claim will be filed with the shipping company.
Credits will be issued based on reimbursement and cannot be applied to your freight charges.
Reimbursement will not be processed until reviewed and approved by a supervisor.
